Konnect Insights primarily targets mid-market and enterprise brands in high-interaction industries: banking, aviation, retail, ecommerce, telecom, hospitality, and consumer goods. These are brands managing enormous volumes of customer interactions that need both the intelligence to understand what is happening and the infrastructure to act on it fast.
The Challenge
